Losing my mind

I am perched on the edge

Maybe I am losing my mind,

Going through these rolling bad times,

Maybe I can pull through

And get my head straight,

Or is this just a process of becoming awake,

Is this how we go cold turkey?

On breaking out and breaking away

From our domesticated, conditioned state,

Feeling as we are falling of the edge

Off the ways that we’ve been taught

If so then I welcome losing my mind,

This is a chance to be redefined

And I recommend that everybody else seems the signs,

For after all we can’t go on being blind

Following like lemmings one by one dutifully in a single line,

Heading into uncertain and maybe apocalyptic times.

  1. You’re not losing your mind Faux, you’re awake to the real world. No one goes back to sleep after being red-pilled. Thank you for waking up others with your poetry, we need all the help we can get. ❤️🙏
