We dream without expectations
We hope without taking things for granted,
We are the critical thinkers
Who see the whole of life without blinkers,
Yet we struggle in a materialistic greedy world
Because we know there’s more beyond this with our thoughts unfurled,
Not limited by dogmatic political, social and religious beliefs
Our open mindedness gives us relief,
And answers to the burning questions
That as human beings we constantly seek.
