Within my mind

I was astounded to find,

A stranger residing there

In a state of peace,

And a form of harmony

That lets go of the anger,

That often effects me

This stranger knows love,

And embraces and shares it

It’s easy sometimes for me to forget this,

And when I sit in this place

Of the stranger dwelling there,

I become at grace while still aware,

And I meditate on a spiritual display,

And in doing this I find my way

Along a path of growth,

Tanscendence while evolving

Until I find myself settling,

In a greater sense of knowing,

And tuned back into a frequency

Where synchronicity rule,

I find myself being kind, never cruel.
