War is atrocious
There’s no glory in it,
Dead bodies of soldiers
Is mankinds sickness,
Weapons tear flesh
And shatter the bones,
Rips through the organs
I hear the cries and the moans,
The death rattle finale
Confirms to me,
The nature of humanities
Contempt and cruelty,
Towards life and death
For our fellow man,
War is not glory
Is that too hard to understand,
Why can’t the warmongers yield
So we can give peace a chance.
This is something I have been looking for (poem wise). Awesome.
