Spiritual frequencies

Spiritual frequencies flow through me

Supported me, during my time of grief,

When everybody else was avoiding me

I survived because of my spirituality,

I stood strong and I stood firm

Though my heart yearned and burned,

But through the heartbreak, tears and misery

The spiritual frequencies flow through me.
