And take up a more understanding position,

We need to work together

Not allow ourselves to be parted

By those who’ve left millions brokenhearted,

Through the wars that have been waged

And leaving cities around the world now resembling graves,

This leaves me devastated time and again

And it’s all part of the power mongers games,

The rich and the fortunate show they’ve no shame

And we all have to accept the blame,

For letting them get away with this, time and time again.
