We put ourselves last much of the time

Without any real reason or any rhyme,

We are entitled to care for ourselves

It enables us to care for others then as well,

We must seek harmony within our lives

Then share that harmony with others right,

We must love ourselves both day and night

Then we must share the love with others and feel the delight,

That’s how life works don’t you understand

If you can’t learn these self commands,

How are you going to get others to share that stand

Educate yourselves and get with the plan,

Share love, harmony and equality among our fellow man.
