I wonder if we honestly understand
The true nature of ourselves and God,
That sins committed are not easily washed away by prayers of forgiveness,
And the voice or message we think we hear, is not from God but from guilt and fear
And God demands such great purity and goodness seldom seen among us all,
I have no self deceptions, I know I will most likely dwell in a never realm
And that I will not reside in his kingdom despite my good words and deeds,
For I know my flaws and faults, as well as my weaknesses
Yet evil will not feast on my flesh, for it is too bitter for them,
And in all that is, I am still compelled to fight back against those forces,
In the name of goodness and righteousness
Those who misunderstand this make a grave mistake,
And that error in judgement is a grave misunderstanding of a shallow internment
That will see them fed upon by God’s creatures a plenty,
So do not think that the evil people do goes unpunished
But do not be a fool of folly to think that flaws and sins we commit,
Are easily eradicated and that God does not understand our nature and habits,
Hence our constant pleas for forgiveness and redemption are not heard
And our actions will have consequences and the place we will travel too,
At the end of times, it is not the one you had hoped to dwell in, so prepare
But continue all the same to share love, light and goodness,
For those actions are seen and heard in the places where the divine resides.
