I ain’t fucking stupid

I see what’s going on,

Fascism and communism

Has a lot in common,

Both seem to require control

And unquestionable devotion,

Both relish oppression

And silencing any opposition,

And both seem to be colluding

On dominating these times,

Backing corporations

Over people, I can see the signs,

Both are aiding the wealthy

While pushing the poor,

Further into fucking poverty

Like they’ve done many times before,

Boris is backed by Putin

That’s plain for all to see,

And Trump loves the gun

For thirty million dollar reasons

To back up this belief,

Paid to him by the NRA

But no one is meant to see,

Houston we have a problem

Because politics on both left and right,

Have become indistinguishable

Be it left or be it right,

The say they offer people hope

Is ridiculous and fucking laughable,

That’s why I hope all politics

And governments just implode,

As for the misery it causes

Politics is definitely culpable,

I careless for capitalism

It’s flawed, out dated, decaying and old,

We need something a whole lot new

That resonates with the people,

Not just sharp suited salespersons

Masquerading as politicians,

They are billionaires and millionaires

Who know nothing of  how we live,

But they will not accept this because

They are self absorbed and so always dismissive,

But I ain’t buying into it no more

These are always the same people,

Who finds the money to fight wars

But who says there is none to feed the poor,

Yet prosper through the arms trade

These people are fueled by greed,

Who makes up these corrupt uncaring governments

Which resemble Hades hoards.
