A soliloquy while all alone
About our kingdom and our throne,
That we’ve achieved within our lives
Are valid even if not recognised,
We are the creators and the rulers
Of all we think, see and believe,
Within our conscious hopes and dreams,
And though others may try to instill doubt
That should not be what we’re about,
We should be confident in this belief
That we are the kings or the Queen’s
Of how we live and of all we see,
And proclaim our sovereignty out loud.
So true, so true indeed. We are not here to do what others judge as good, we are here for just a bit of borrowed time and we answer to our own sense of right and wrong. Excellent point. Have a blessed week. 🦋
