The hardest thing to do is to forgive

Imagine how hard it is to love you’re enemy,

Remember if you can do both these things

You’ll be forgiving yourself and you’ll receive greater self love feelings.

    And it is so healing. Sometimes we must forgive over and over and over again when the incident pops up in our minds!

    I can forgive but to love one who has deeply injured me, that is a stretch. But it’s a good goal.
