My religion does not require
My unrequited devotion,
It does not require my worship
It does not ask me to pray,
It does not tell me how to love
Or suggest my sins will cause me pain,
It does not place upon me guilt
And tell me that I am somehow unholy,
My religion is simply known to all
As the one and only,
Love without any limitations
And I am happy for it to guide and own me.
