Do we really die
Or does our consciousness
Merely just subside,
And though our body is no more
Our spirit simply flies
Off back into the universal sky,
Among the stars to be recharged
Because we are formed from energy,
And energies renewable
And last for ever more
And we then await in memories,
Before those memories are stored
Before we are then reborn,
But the memories remain
Deep within our programming,
Difficult to find or trigger
But they’re still there,
And our bodies that are left behind
Are simply remnants of others minds,
They were never solid, never real
Just creations of our minds
To help us cope and deal,
With what existing truly means
And if we don’t learn the lessons,
Of life and what and how we’re meant to live
Then we are destined simply,
To carry on with birth, death and repeat,
Until we transcend and evolve
And the key to living well is solved,
Without hatred, violence and greed
Without always feeling that we always need,
Learning to love and inner peace first
Embracing kindness is not causing hurt,
If we learn to live this way
We’ll never pass this way again
Let’s try harder and let’s succeed,
So we may one day meet each other again
On the other side where something better resides,
Unlocking the door increases our levels
Where suffering is no more,
And we will then return to the source
Which is our true warm and loving home.
Wonderful.

I often think these thoughts. Whatever is true, I think we should be kind to all other creatures that share our planet. I think I believe in karma.
