Have I got your attention

Could people be more attention seeking these days, ‘look at me’, as they try being different, at the same time following a trend, while simultaneously claiming they’re being judged. They seek verification of the choices and lifestyles they are living but the truth is the majority of us are just trying hard to pay the bills, feed our kids and warm our houses. These attention seeking types strive to become influencers, but the influence they do is of a negative narcissistic profile, defining themselves and other people by pronouns and demanding then we the masses fall in line. For the most of us we don’t have the time to worry if someone is straight or gay, male, female, non-binary, transgender. Whatever you want to be, that’s fine by me. Go live your best life being that but stop demanding approval or verification from us. Stop trying to divide people into sub-groups when what is really needed is unification of people for the common good against that which is causing us all to suffer. We need more caring and sharing, not more me,me,me. Be who you want to be, do what you want to do, say what you want to say but don’t demand that other people have to give you their attention and if they do, appreciate it, show gratitude for it and if they don’t agree with you, respect it, because they have a right to. However you should also accept that by putting yourself out there like this, means that the toxic haters and bear baiters will come, the red faced outraged moral minority who look to hold back our civilisation from evolving by keeping us rooted in the conservative past, will voice their disapproval with you. So as stated be what and who you want to be, be kind, care, share and stop seeking attention, verification or approval for what you do and are and live life well.
