Nothing about division and discrimination

Ever comes about from within,

It is taught and it is created by others

Who fools you and gets you believing,

About seeing the differences in others

And contriving to get us to see that difference is wrong somehow,

And some are too willing to accept this truth

Difference is a thing to be embraced,

Who wants to see a carbon copy of me and you,

Where would the diversity and culture grow from

If you were the same as me and I the same as you,

Don’t let yourself be convinced or fooled

Use your own mind it’s your greatest tool,

See it’s those external to you, who have no love for you

Who just wants to exploit and use what you see as true,

To be aligned to their fear and hate of others who

Are different and they don’t understand them,

So they think it’s best to destroy what they represent

But they cannot do it alone, so they need you,

But here’s the truth you don’t need them

So just keep embracing the differences.
