Whether towards yourself or others you mandate,

It brings you down and makes you bitter

And love and kindness both vacate,

The mindset then that you adopt

As you begin learning so many bad traits,

So you have to reject and refuse this divisive self destructive state,

And find a place of love again within a cerebral place of grace.
