Xylazine (Tranq Dope)

There’s a new drug on the street

And it’s feeding off of our species,

Xylazine known as Tranq dope is now open the scene

Brought into fruition and use by dealers and it’s obscene,

To make extra money and never mind the misery,

It’s callous people praying on the vulnerable

And these fuckers take no responsibility at all,

And as addicts skins fester, blister and peel

And they then lose a limb as this shit gets real,

You wonder how these people can live with themselves

But don’t look to the government, for they are in on it as well,

Or they would do something to address this

But they couldn’t care less about those on the street,

Vulnerable to addiction it’s painful to see,

Shells of people with nothing of them left

Once a new born life, not born into wealth,

But once upon a time they once had health,

Now even that has been eroded away

All because of the drugs they take,

And their physical and mental decay

And the government won’t make it ok,

As a large part of society rots away

Do they and society really no know no shame.
