It takes nothing to show kindness and compassion in a world of impermanence. Often it takes merely a moment, whereas the opposite happens often over time. The things we say are often the most hurtful things, pause a moment, review your words and ask if the words in your head are really ok, to share with others who may end up judging you in a bad way. The same applies to what you write, ask if what you say is alright, take a moment and find better words each day, that shares love, kindness and peace, not hate, cruelty and conflict.
