Speaking in your middle class way

But it doesn’t resonate with how

People like me live within the rat race

Of the working class rank and file

I hear so very little substance

It’s all about demonstrating style

And when trying to relate to us

Within this rat race gets boring

You’ll slip back seamlessly back in

To your over privileged life

And then regale about your rebellious days

And laugh in the patronising mocking way

And as we continue with our struggles

I’ve no doubt at all we’ll be forgotten by you.
