One day people decided to become Kings and Queens

And as Kings and Queens they decided to set sail,

Seeking new challenges and adventures

To find the monsters lurking in life,

And to take them on and to defeat them

So that they could be like the dragon slayers of old,

They sailed the seven seas, crossed deserts

They then took to the skies and sailed into the universe,

And asked only one thing of others

That should they be slain that they would upon their death,

Be laid to rest in a ship and sent off into the unknown

So that they may continue their journey into the next life,

We can all be Kings and Queens adventuring and fighting the monsters in life,

Or we can settle for being what we are, observers watching life

As it passes us by mundanely and lacking in excitement,

The choice as always is ours and ours alone.
