Have you got best friends

Or pretend friends,

Are they there when you need them

Or there when it’s convenient,

Will they help you out when in need

Or are they only round when they have needs,

Best friends are there to the end

Friends who are fair weather types are just pretend.

    The people beyond my small family are there “when it’s convenient”, and I’ve come to terms with that. But, I wonder sometimes if I’m any different, and it’s nice to be aware of this part of myself. Thank you for the reminder yeah. Wishing warm sunshine my friend. ❤
