The limbic brain inspires fight, flight or freeze
Within the lives of both you and me,
What scares you may not scare me based on what we perceive
This shows how we vary individually,
So why do they treat us like we are all the same
Why do they try to condition kids to act the same way,
This is what’s wrong with education today
They stifle the ability to create their own state,
Of how they wish to evolve and display
Themselves in their own unique ways.
