Does power and authority
Lend itself to corruption,
It seems that it leads people
Into a sense of soul destruction,
It brings out predatory instincts
And forms of perversion,
That’s why when looking at authority
I have a strong aversion,
And so I seek to follow my own path
Discovering honesty and truth,
That promotes love and caring
I have always been drawn to those
Who believes in always sharing,
That is rooted in what is right and good
And that grows the heart and soul,
Because fostering this lifestyle choice
Is the only way we can hope to evolve.
