You work to survive and they tax us hard
While paying us little this system a farce,
The services that we pay for are underfunded and stretched,
So where does our money go then is it to the rich
Who profit from our labour, blood and our sweat,
Why are we so continually willing to elect,
Into positions of power those who are so entrenched,
In exploiting and leaving us all financially bereft
Because of their corruption, so there’s nothing left,
It’s time right now for change.
