Suffocated by our own fears
Drowning in a sea of our own tears,
Closed in mind to escape routes
Paralyzed by our inhibitions,
Narrow sighted we have no wide view
Blinkered to new experienced and truth,
This is what restricts our personal growth
And what limits our development.
