What happens when we breakdown
What will we discover is the outcome,
Nothing in life seems to work for us
Nothing we will do will give us a positive push,
Everything will either just stand still
Or even worse will start to degenerate,
So we need to ensure we don’t end up in this place
So work to maintain a healthy mental state.
