Crippled by my emotional rage

It gets worse in this new age,

Taking offence at every turn

People’s attitudes are far more stern,

Tolerance is now balanced on a precipice

As people’s perceptions are not realistic,

Consciousness and empathy dumped in the bin

By those who hate and who love discriminating,

People focus on confrontation, not on placating

Many love the drama and not the peace,

So their vexation is being constantly released,

So we end up living in an angry state

Which as an emotional value is a complete waste.
