We fail to trust in people
Because people let us down,
Yet we trust in systems
Which have flaws that abound,
And when we look at ourselves
To study if we trust what we see,
We find lies of self delusion
Of struggling to be who we feel we should be,
Playing roles to fit into categories
That is acceptable within society.
