Giving your life away for others

Is an act of selflessness not to be taken,

Lightly in any way and I should know it

Everyday can be so hard,

But you have to remind yourself

That it was the right thing to do,

Because in life we don’t always think we’ll do

The things that we one day will choose,

There will seem no other way,

And those you will end up helping aren’t to blame

So you just have to find a way to cope each day.
