We need a culture of love and peace

Not one of hate, war, and corporate greed,

We need a world prepared to share

And that has a willingness to truly care,

And while innocent people are forced to die and bleed

Those in power laugh and live it up in luxury,

Now tell me how that’s right in a decent society

Where there are vulnerable people living on the streets,

Tell me please how they are getting it right

For those whose lives are so dark, fighting simply to survive,

In this world these people cannot expect to see the light.
