My health has not been good for a while
Which is strange because it’s been good since a child,
But I guess as time moves along and I age
That status quo sadly begins to change and fades away,
But it’s so hard for me to accept this is, I have to say
So I will strive to find my good health once again some day.
Sorry to hear your health status has changed from your previous normal!!! It’s like the old saying,
Growing old is not for sissies! Hope your health will return to normal for you!!!

Health is important. Start with eating right. Sounds easier than it really is. But it is a good baseline to start with.
