Regrets

I don’t do regret,

My mistakes are my own,

And so I own them from my flawed throne,

Life is difficult not to make mistakes

But living life authentically,

Is what it what it takes, to face the end times

With no regrets or slip away frustratingly.

    I am ashamed to admit that I have made far too many mistakes, and I do regret most of them. But I did what I thought was right at the time…

    I have to ask, has a person with no regrets ever actually lived? Regret will eat you alive if you let it, I get that. But to actually not have any? Even if I was given a total do over, I can guarantee you- I would make some of the same mistakes again even though I already know the outcome.
