Don’t be fooled by those so called gatekeepers

Of what it is that makes nations and humanity great,

They are the ones who’ve lived lives so excessive

They know all about depravity as they were depraved,

These are the people that seek attention and power

Whilst we work and shed blood sweat and tears hour by hour,

And yet somehow they fool us all that they should lead

These specimens of corruption, division hate and greed,

In a society where everything is driven by toxicity,

And social media and the press promote this daily

It’s no wonder like soap in the water the scum rises to the top,

If we want better for ourselves and our children then we must change and stop,

Who we allow to lead and influence our societies

And opt for those who reflect the best definitions of humanity,

Those who promote peace, love, and compassion among us for all to see

For these are the future inspirations for a better way to be,

Paving the way to a more caring and equal world in which we can be free,

And advocating the power of  inner power and self authority.
