Time is a resource taken for granted
You don’t know how precious it is
Until you are told or see it’s limited,
Time is a gift that we squander each day
With too much work and not enough play,
We spend too much with those who do not mean so much
Neglecting spending time with those we love,
Trying to climb the ladder or simply working
And when you see your time is ending
It’s you that will feel it really hurting,
Wishing you had spent more time
With loved ones caring, sharing and laughing,
But it’s not too late to change this now before you reach your time for departing.
