The cost of living is getting so high

But the wage is so hard to get by,

Every time you go out to spend

You find prices have risen again,

Food prices going mad, out of control

It’s like corporations have no soul,

As their profit margins increase

So many people cannot afford to eat,

And all the basic bills like energy

Are so extortionate it’s hard to believe,

That they can get away with this

They blame it on wars and economic risks,

If you ask me I will tell you what it is

They want to test our will to exist,

They are testing us to see how far they can go
