I spent two days in the environment
Clearing the debris people leave behind,
I and others walked for so many miles
Restoring nature to its cleanliness best,
Taking away hazards posed to insects,
Ensuring the landscape looks divine
It is hard work and generates so much waste,
But despite my tiredness and the aches
Knowing what we have achieved makes me feel great.
