Do you remember when I belonged to you

And how much I yearned for you in truth,

Back in that time we were so brand new

But somehow over time we never grew,

Enough to weather the storms as the blew

Through our lives and something went askew,

And left us being separated and this i rue

Because I still retain that yearning and love for you.
