I could cower under the strength of so called power people who are richer, more privileged with forces that back then, or I can choose to stand toe to toe, nose to nose staring them in the eyes and into their souls while whispering fuck you! I refuse to cower.

To me the choice of standing is the only option when the alternative is cowering.
