The Congo and its people are being exploited and used for mining lithium-ion resources by tech giants and governments. This exploitation has to end. Congo should not be poor but should get rich for the minerals under its feet. Laws and regulations must be put in place to protect the Congo, to ensure its benefits and big tech and governments must pay a fair price and wage to those extracting it.
