Vital practice

Find a place of solitude

Sense the space around you,

Extinguish the mind

And empty it of all thoughts

Seek the serenity always sought,

Deep breaths in and out

Disturbances are not allowed,

And within that peace

Within that peace you’ll find wisdom,

And you’ll live a life of distinction.
