Formed from stars
Do you know your living
In a conscious state
Where everything that happens to your today
Is a part of the story you have written
So make your story shine and glisten
With tales of love kindness and compassion
Buck the trend and buck the fashion.
To look for others to blame when things go wrong
You are the author of this story
The composer of your songs.
If you’ve been hurt then it’s a lesson
Learn from this and move on to the next one
Don’t just sit in hurt pain and sorrow
You surrender your power and strength when you wallow.
Instead look within to your amazing self
Reside in self love and understand yourself
Know the lesson you’ve just learn
Decide never to be burnt
Once again because the lesson was learnt
and now the only you can be hurt
Is if you decide to consent
In replaying that lesson once again.
Otherwise realise in your beautiful soul
