I feel a tsunami

Inside

Calm

Learn to abide

In peace and love

Let the storm pass

Calm

This is impermanent 

And won’t last 

Calm

I am in need of soothing

Calm

To stop the anger oozing

Calm

Don’t want it flowing through my vains

Calm

I will meditate 

And find inner peace again

Calm.
