We carry so many burdens with us

along the journey, down the path,

of destiny and synchronicity

it drags us down and makes weary.

We have to learn to share the loads

help others where we can and learn to be bold

and ask others if they can help us too

become a caring sharing brother and sister hood.

We often are all to proud to ask for help

when we are in need and cannot help ourselves

we need to set that pride aside

look other people if the would not mind

sharing some of the burden

if it is not beyond them

if we all work together on this journey of life

we can make through to the other side.

You can not be expected to carry the weight

of the world upon your shoulders

you cannot expect not receive a helping hand

you cannot be expected to suffer in silence

you cannot be expected to be compliant

it’s not to much to expect help

so lets install more caring in the world.
