Angels weep
angels cry
when beautiful
people die
for there are
to few in this world.
They feel the pain
they feel sadness
witnessing humanities
madness
they wish to hold
us in the arms
and shelter
all their children
from harm.
They see themselves
as our guardians
protectors of love
protectors of life
so when they see
how just unkind
man can be to man
it blows their minds
and breaks their hearts
knowing we tear
ourselves apart
and that is why,
