Her love chimed like the bells
Of a dawn chorus,
Ringing out with the clarity of a beautiful birdsong,
On a summer’s morn
Crisp and warm.
Her love was radiance
And irredescent light,
Anyone would be glad to be close to the glow
Of such a love and to be embraced by it
To be enticed by it, to be filled with it.
Her love was all anyone could want
But she was determined to give it only to someone worthy
Of such a magnificent love.
