Gratitude

I give gratitude for the health I have

And gratitude for the right to breathe

And even if life is not easy

I give gratitude for everything.

I give gratitude for the nature I see

And for the beauty environmentally

I give gratitude for the myriad of species

I have been honoured to witness and see.

I give gratitude for having felt love

And also for being compassionate

I give gratitude when I find inner peace

I give gratitude for being me

And finding spirituality.
