Mindful in everything

Do all in mindful contemplation

Mindful eating, focusing on appreciating what we eat

And where it comes from, it’s origins.

Mindful cleaning, about cleaning house, folding clothes,

Tending the garden while using this time to calm and still the mind

Mindful practice when out walking or even taking exercise

Use the adrenalin rush and euphoric feeling to clean the mind

Being mindful is everything

It centers us and keeps us in inner peace

Helps still the mind and clear the clutter

Feel the love and be impeccable in every word we utter

As well as every thought and action we take

Be mindful in all things in all ways.

  1. As a person who recovered from a severe anxiety disorder being mindful is always important. Stay in the moment. Challenge your thoughts. 🙂
