Everything is present

Here in the now

What’s gone it is simply past

And I don’t dwell there.

Everything in the future

Is simply irrelevant

It may never happen

So it just makes no sense

To make any plans

Like living in past regret

Won’t change historical events

It will not change what’s gone before in anyway

Everything is simply about

The now and the present

Either side of this

Just simply is nothing

Except illusion and distraction.
