The Eastern and Indian provinces
Are such an allurement to me
With their Dragon Festivals and Diwali
Their colourful celebrations bring life to everything
With such joy and yet deep meaning
It’s as if I were dreaming
So much dancing
So much singing
Like in Brazil where its carnival themed
Down the way to Mexico
The Day of the Dead amazes me so
So much passion so much love
Of theses types of celebrations
I can never get enough of
A time to remember
A time to rejoice
Using each unique culture
To give air to their voice.
