It’s about other people
Building them up
Helping them to grow
To find their own strengths
And discover their potential
It’s all about ensuring
That you’re not detrimental
In what you do
In working with others
Boost them up
And encourage them along
Take time to listen
And show an interest in them
And all always make sure
That it’s genuine
When you get people on side
It’s an easier life
But people are unique
And many different faceted sides
No one thing works
For two different people
So ensure you treat them
As individual
Then bring them together
Under one united cause
One common goal
To reach their highest potential
Pulling together
For one common good
Be fair, be consistent
And everything will be good
